Primary transport on the island is by golf cart which is provided for your use. Additional golf cart rentals are available for $200 if you desire an extra cart for your party. Golf carts seat 4 people.

We will assist you with transportation to the island. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our island hostess. She will meet you at the water taxi dock where she will take you to your accommodations, and help you get set up to start your paradise island vacation.

This Greeting Service costs $50 for up to 4 people or $100 for 5 to 8 people and is required; the house is some distance over sandy roads from the water taxi dock, so you will need someone to pick you up and take you and your luggage to your personal island accommodations. However, this Greeting Service fee will be waived if you are staying more than 7 days.

Policies

This is a non-smoking home.

We require a 4 night minimum stay.

* Weeks that include the following holidays: New years, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, add $200.00 to total rate.

We require a $500.00 security deposit which initially confirms and holds your reservation. Rates do not include Florida state Occupancy Tax of 9%. Rates do not include the cleaning fee of $350.00 per rental for any rental period of less than 7 days.

Our rental properties include paper products and basic cleaning supplies, but there is no daily maid service on North Captiva Island. You'll need to bring your own groceries and beverages. Publix grocery store on the mainland will prepare your order before your arrival, if you like. (click here for more information on their service).

There is also a small grocery on the island, but it stocks mostly convenience items.
